In Petnik, I sing the alto; in civic life, I am above all a mother (of Šimon and Ondřej), and a happy wife (to Petr). They are my three men in the house. Sometimes rather like Three men in a boat, or Three men and a baby – especially on those days when I talked and talked, having had to answer all those "Why mummy?" questions.
My relationship with music is a long-term one. I started with the common Czech folk songs, moving on to Country and Pop and ending up in Petnik. And there we go. The band, literally, is my eternal love.
Apart from singing, I like reading, playing group games and talking (this last hobby sometimes comes in during rehearsals, which usually makes Honza mad).
